IInstallation starts with a
custom made 43 gallon bed
mounted tank for SVO. The
tank only takes up 8 inches of
bed space. All the hose
connections along with the Hot
Stik heat exchanger are
"under cover" on the
passenger side of the tank.
The tank has a HotStik
Aluminum heat fuel pickup.
The Isspro tube sender, return
and vent line are all protected
and out of sight under a cover
In order to keep the F.A.S.S.
mounted up high in the
fenderwell a custom bracket
was fabricated.
FASS in place up as high as
possible
On the right in this photo is the
pre-FASS plate heat
exchanger to heat the P100 to
~120*F before the filters
Here is one of the insulated
Hose On Hose(HOH) bundled
Here is the final heat
exchanger, return valve and
the Y-block connection.
