SVO CONVERSION

This customer decided to go with a
custom 60 gallon tank in the bed to
hold the SVO.
Here is the flush mounted filler along
with the JAZ roll-over valve/vent.
In the middle of the tank there is a Hot
Stik and an Isspro fuel gauge sender.
Under the truck there is a dedicated
Vormax filter for the SVO.
To supply the SVO to the 6.0 there is
an Aeromotive A1000 pump and
bypass regulator.
SVO fuel lines and coolant lines are
bundled together and insulated along
the underside of the rocker panel.
Due to space constraints the Vegtherm
Mega is mounted under the vehicle.
A simple panel is used to hold the
single control switch and SVO fuel
level gauge. The LED lights indicate
diesel(yellow) or SVO(green).
The completed truck is ready to return
to work.
